hahaha... dapat ganyan ang tawag ehh.. pero pagtinanong mo mga tao sasabihin nila bistek pero ang laman porkchop haha..

edi kaya pigsteak na lang haha..

is because mas mahal daw ang beef...and mas madaling mabili ang pork...
and mas madaling lutuin...

just watched it in a documentary in GMA 7...

You only find beef in bistek when it's fiesta or someone's specialty...
