As for me, I honestly don't remember. If parents yung loved one, probably a gold medal. They really liked that.

. . . first gift ko sa Dad ko, was a red lighter. binili ko lang sa kung saan. I recall...binalot ko lang sya sa crepe paper noon. hehehe...

sa Mommy ko, binigyan ko sya ng 20.00 pesos na nilupak..birthday nya noon. wala e, yun lang inabot ng inipon ko sa natira sa baon ko...I was only a 3rd grader then.

Not pretty to look at pero it's good.

I remember cooking for my Dad when he was at the hospital, lagi siya confined noon and I was in grade 1 I think. I remember making this Chinese fried rice for him, naka tayo pako sa silya kasi d ko pa abot yung kawali.

He liked it a lot. Buti naman dahil mahirap yon.

^ hehe...favorite kase ng Mommy ko yang nilupak na kamoteng kahoy lalo na pag maraming margarine... 20 pesos lang ei, pero madami na yun ah...she really liked it when I gave it to her...I noticed, inamoy amoy pa nya yung balot na dahon ng saging before she opened it and finally ate half of it...the rest syempre nilantakan ko na den.

....it seems to me masarap kang magluto Sir Prime? hmnn...

Noong elementary pa ako pagmay okasyon mga drawing lang bigay ko sa parents ko like if birthday magdrawing ako ng cake hihi walang pambili ng cake eh kaya dinaan ko nalang sa drawing
