Hot Topic ito ngayon, kung kailan mataas na ang building saka mag iimbestiga... ano masasabi niyo dito?

who gave dmci the permit to build the condo in that site? well, it was suspended by the manila council but later on, the suspension was lifted after dmci appealed. who voted to lift the suspension? that's where we have to restart asking questions - when the suspension was lifted. pnoy has nothing to do with this. the congress (both the senate and the house of representatives) has nothing to do with this. it is the responsibility of the local government unit of manila which has authority to issue building permit.

only in the Philippines kosa.... when i went to SanFo, i've noticed that it never changed, every building and in its nook and cranny, when i was that curious i asked around and i've learned that it was really being preserved by the US gov't. so as not to lose it's charm or better yet a tourist buying a postcard will find it always updated not knowing that the city itself was protected and preserved.... when one establishment opts to have a renovation, the building permit for that must be scrutinized by the city hall personnels.. very strict sila... eh tayo, hala sige lang.... kaya hayan, eye sore na...

Manila urban planners should have 1 square kilometer exclusion zone at the back of LP para no building taller than 4 storeys can be constructed. But I heard DMCI violated the zoning permit.

James, you may think only in Pinas but this happened as well in Toronto. And you know what, the condo developer prevailed.

ang nakapagtataka dyan dati na dis-approved ang permit then suddenly nag go... ang masama pa, ito naman mga nagtutuloglogan na mga nasa gobyerno, ngayon lang iimbestigahan, e 19 floor na daw natatapos, sana naghuhukaly palang na-aksyonan na yan..

masyado na talagang over crowded ang metro manila e kahit ano pa ang sabihin. kita nyo naman kung gaano na kasiksikan ang lahat e.

back in the early 80s - whawww - ang luwag ng taft avenue. walang lrt, malinis at kita mo ang langit. wide open din ang edsa at maraming talahiban pa sa paligid nito. sadly wala nang urban planning ang metro manila. kelangan talaga ng population control.

Yung picture naka side ang pagkakakuha para ma sentro yung condo ng dmci. Pero sa actual gilid sa kanan yang Torre de Manila.

speaking of monumento, bakit yung kay andres bonifacio sa caloocan? di ba eh isang historical landmark din yun? tapos yung local government nga dun ni suggest pa na ilipat nalang daw hehe..

Kaya yata di nadiretso ang lrt pa valenzuela kasi iniilag dyan sa monumento ni bonifacio. Naliko tuloy pa trinoma.
