~Binatog~

3 cups of white hominy or corn
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of shredded coconut
add sugar or salt to taste

How to make Broiled White Corn with Shredded Coconut - Pinoy Binatog:

1.) With the use of your fingers, remove the corn bits from its cobs.

2.) In a large pot, place in the corn kernels then pour in water. Boil water to allow kernels to be cooked. Continue doing so until the kernels have become tender and the water have thickened already. Note that the water will evaporate. In the event that there is no more water and the kernels are still hard, add a few cups of water.

3.) Add the necessary amount of salt in the boiling water.

4.) Transfer the resulting mixture in a bowl.

5.) Add in sugar and shredded coconut on the bowl.

6.) You can serve the bowl immediately or you can mix the ingredients before serving.

~Beef Salpicao with veggies~



Beef Salpicao Ingredients

* 1 kilo of beef tenderloin, cut into cubes
* 3 to 4 pieces of garlic cloves, chopped well
* 1 tbsp of butter
* 3 tbsp of olive oil
* cooking oil
* salt to taste

For marinade:

* 1 tbsp of brown sugar
* ½ tsp of chili fakes
* 2 tbsps of oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce or liquid seasoning
* 1 tbsp of olive oil
* ½ tbsp of minced garlic
* ½ tbsp of paprika

For buttered vegetables:

3 cups of mixed vegetables (broccoli, snow peas, cauliflower or any vegetable you wish)
3 tbsp of butter
add salt and pepper to taste

How To Cook Beef Salpicao

The side dish

1.) Steam the vegetables of your choice for about 3 minutes. Make sure that it becomes tender.
2.) Place the steamed vegetables in a serving bowl.
3.) Melt butter then add the melted butter in the bowl. Toss the vegetables well.
4.) Add salt and pepper to taste.

The main dish

1.) The first thing that you need to do is to marinade the beef. Place the beef cubes in a big bowl then add in the liquid seasoning, Worcestershire sauce or oyster sauce, brown sugar, chili flakes, olive oil, minced garlic and paprika. Allow the beef to be marinated for two hours or so.

2.) Heat the wok. Wait for it to start to smoke. Once you have seen smoke, then you should start adding a generous amount of oil. Add in the minced garlic. Stir fry until it becomes fragrant. Avoid turning the garlic brown.


3.) Remove the cooked garlic from the wok but leave the garlic infused oil behind.

4.) Add the beef cubes in batches. Stir cook for about five to ten minutes until the beef cubes have seared.

5.) Once all the beef cubes have been placed in the wok, add in the cooked garlic, butter and oyster sauce.

6.) Stir cook the beef cubes for about three to five minutes. Continue doing this until the sauce exhibits an oily and thick consistency.

7.) Test the taste. Add salt if necessary.

8.) Remove the beef salpicao from the wok.

9.) Served right away with rice on the side.

10.) Enjoy your sumptuous beef salpicao!

isang tribute kay iori, tg at kuri hihihi

Bulalo (yung sinusupsop)

procedure:

bili nang beef shank(bone with marrow), petchay or repolyo, mais, patatas at bagyo beans

pakuluan sa ang beef shank sa tubig gamit ang sumisipol ba pressure cooker nang ina mo

30mins lang kapag sumipol na malabot na yun..

ilagay ang sibuyas na galing sa ref at ang biniling mais at patatas

timplahan nang patis ot asin tska pepe with the r peper..

after 10mins ilagay ang natititang gulay petchay or cabbage at tsaka ang bagyo beans..

tapos mga 2 mins lang luto na...





pinaka importante wag mo haluan nang spam lol
