If you have a busy lifestyle you're probably rushing around every day trying to figure out the perfect dinner without having to order out or indulge in fast food. Here are some Quick & Easy Homemade dinners that are sure to please you and your children or friends.
BEEF STROGANOFF
There are many variations to this recipe however I find my version to be the most simple and the tastiest.
-Slice up 1 1/2 lbs of top sirloin beef into thin long strips.
-Using a large skillet brown the strips in 2 tbsp of butter. If you would like you can add a handful of chopped onion and a can of mushrooms to the meat while you're frying it.
-Once the strips are browned add two large cans of cream of mushroom soup and 1 1/2 cups of sour cream. Mix well in the pan until you notice the soup and sour cream are blended well and heated thoroughly.
Serve this over your favorite brand of egg noodles or steamed rice.

CHICKEN BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE
A quick and easy homemade dinner that a lot of people love is Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole.
*In a large saucepan cook 1can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, half a cup of milk, half a cup of chopped onion, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and a teaspoon of black pepper.
*Cook two frozen packages of broccoli until tender in boiling water enough to cover the broccoli in the dish.
*Cook two cups of rice in two cups of water.
*Mix the cooked broccoli, rice, and 2 cans of chicken to the soup mixture.
*Add the mixture of all the ingredients to a 9x13 cooking dish and sprinkle a cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top before placing in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

apple spice pork chops...
Ingredients
4 thick cut pork chops
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
a sprinkle salt and pepper
1 med onion
2 med apples
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp brown sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp chicken or vegetable bouillon
1 cup water
Instructions
Open the package of pork chops and season one side with salt and pepper. Heat a large, heavy skillet with vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
When the oil is very hot (it should look wavy), add the chops, seasoning side down. Season the second side with salt and pepper. Let the chops sizzle in the skillet, without disturbing them until they form a brown crust.
When the chops have seared and formed a crust, they will no longer stick to the pan and you can turn them over and cook the second side in the same manner.
While the chops are doing their thing, get out your onion and apples. Wash the apples well.
Slice the onion thinly. Core and slice the apples into wedges. Next time I think I’ll slice the apples a little thinner.
Once the pork chops have seared on both sides, remove them to a plate. Add the apples, onion and butter to the skillet.
Stir them all around so that the butter and juices from the apples and onion deglaze the pan (deglaze = dissolve all of the crusted pork goodness stuck to the pan). Cook them down for about 5 minutes or until they begin to soften.
Add the water, bouillon, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. I didn’t bother measuring the nutmeg and cinnamon, just go ahead and sprinkle some in there. Stir it all around to mix everything together.
Add the chops back to the pan and nestle them down in all of that goodness. See them hiding down in there? Continue to let everything simmer until the liquid reduces by half. Stir everything around every few minutes or so.
Serve each chop with some apples, onions and sauce spooned over top!
