Banned members

Wala akong pino-point out na any case or  banned members here sir. Im just asking if there is any chance to reconsider his/her works and efforts for this site if a member is already banned permanently. Yes i did say haligi sir, for me, kung matagal kanang members dito at taon na ang ginugol mo and at the same time very active ka, not only for viewing the threads but you are a top thread starter then i must say you are one of the haligi of pinoytambay. Sorry kung mali ang intindi ko sa meaning ng haligi dito sa Pinoytambay Sir admin.

again in this site no one is above the law even staff can be banned if they violated the staff rules and most especially the basic forum rules. We don't ask for anything here just obey this simple rules and everything will be fine. Is that difficult to do? C'mon we all know whos that member you're reffering to. There are only three members who are banned forever here 2 of them are against the other. But again this applies to everybody including staff no exception including me.

No its not an issue good to know you are concern the case for future references. Yes if the case is forever it will be no consideration. But to be one as a banned forever case it will be beyond normal violation. And i think you will notreach that stage, right?

sir adi question lang po... kung banned yung member... nalalaman nyo bang mga taga admin kung bumalik siya sa pt sa ibang username? They can always do that di po ba?

tama po kayo, everytime na nagchecheck ako ng log madami ang nadedetect ng system na "dual account" pero hindi lahat ito 100% dual accounts talaga.

dyan papasok ang human intervention dahil kung tutuusin pede lang iban agad ng system yan kaso meron dyan mga same IP lang ang gamit, halimbawa dalawang pt member ang nagaadik sa isang internet cafe, or nasa isang mall na nakikigamit sa free wifi. kaya hindi namin agad binaban.

ngayon kung meron man na ang sadya eh manggulo o gustong umepal dahil na ban forever sya at gumamit ng new account, oo makakagalaw sya dito. pero mahirap magpanggap habambuhay at mahuhuli pa din yang member na yan, unless magaling sya sa dual personality.

Lahat naman ng case napapag-usapan tol, gaano man kabigat may mga rules na dapat i-apply sa bawat case at may mga conditions na dapat sundin sakaling ma-lifted ang sunction.


General opinion lang itong akin pero nasa admin/co-staff pa rin ang final say. Lahat dapat agree sa isang decision.

are you giving warning to some members bago nyo sila i ban? or automatic ban kapag malaki ang violation?wala bang karapatan mag explain ang member kung sakaling may nagawa sya mali?
