Where do you buy supplements?

Mga ka PT lets use this thread kung saan tayo umiiskor ng supplements.

May it be supplements for body building or supplements to better health, dito natin pagusapan.

Umpisahan ko na:

When it comes to supplements for body building, nung umpisa ay sa GNC ako bumibili. Nung lumaon ay nalaman ko na may mga mas mura and more effective na supplements kesa sa GNC. Dun ako bumili for starters dahil yun ang mainstream na madalas makita sa malls.

Next ay may nahanap ako sa sulit.com na supplier sa Greenhills.

Pero nung mga huli ay online nako madalas bumili dahil mas mura chaka minsan dinideliver pa mismo sa bahay ko. Kay bodyblast ako kumukuha sa multiply site niya. Ngayong wala nang multiply, hindi nako updated kung pano siya mahahanap.

I bought most of mine sa Healthy Options.

I would prefer to get it somewhere else though, I couldn't help but feel it's kinda overpriced there. Sila lang kasi ang medyo maraming selections.

Bought a few on Sulit, so far okay naman ang experience. All I have dealt with were honest and went down without a hitch.

its a waste of hard earned money..
I still go for natural WHOLE FOODS..

I agree that nothing beats real food. If you have time to prepare food that has all the nutrients that you need then you may be able to go about without using supplements.

As the term implies, if your strapped of time to buy and prepare food then supplements may be your best friend.

Pero if you were Denice Cornejo, then you can just text Vhong Navarro and say "punta ka sa condo, dala you foods". LOL

I ask my sister to buy for me sa states...multivitamins, vit e, vit c, calcium, fish oil...but still nothing beats real food

sa dating gym kung saan ako napunta may mga supplements silang binibenta. or kung wala sila, mag pa order ka lang sa may ari.
