kong gusto niyo mabilis ang pag build up ng muscles ay dapat kumain kayo ng maraming lean protein foods like chicken's breast, white egg, peanut butter.. etc    lean meat po dapat araw2x ang kainin para mabilis lumaki ang muscles. pwede rin dagdagan ng BCAA or Creatine kong gusto niyo maging the Hulk.. lol ^_^

question lang po, how about protein shakes? mukhang effective kaso di ko lang sigurado kung wala ngang side effects.

ok lang ang whey protein shake.. the best time to drink it is 30 mins after workout.. ^_^

Kaakibat ng pagkunsumo ng maraming protina ang ibat ibang klaseng sakit tulad ng KANSER, HEART DISEASE, DIABETES, etc..
Does having bulging worth the risk??? I DONT THINK SO..

tingin ko ok naman mag take ng whey protein since mag eexercise ka naman at mabuilt to as muscles sa katawan mo..ang masama lang eh kung madami kang intake pero less ang workout mo. pero syempre ang lahat ng sobra naman e masama. regarding naman sa BCAA, well sa lalaki ng tablet na yun, ewan ko lang kung makarami ka ng take sa isang araw. Advise para dito is max of 6 tablets (2 before, 2during, 2 after) workout. at sabi skin dapat daw intense talaga ang workout.

Before workout: Protein shake, 2 tabs of BCAA
During workout: 2 tabs of BCAA
Post workout: 2 tabs of BCAA inmediately then protein shake pag dating sa bahay. Wag kana kumain. For sure busog ka na sa shake mo...

Yup, it also increases your testosterone level (your natural anabolic steroid) but balanve it with high fiber diet kasi a possible cause for colon cancer are people with high protein diet with low fiber. Somehow ata dapat madefacate thouroughly ang feces from high protein diet para wag magstart ng tumor.
Walang malalim na kulangot sa mahabang kuko...

Protein?

Eggwhites pinaka safe yan no cholesterol...

Eat red meat  atleast twice a week... Sa ibang days... Mag  white meat ka lang, chicken, turkey... Veal...

Good source ng protein yung horse meat .. That is .. Kung kaya mong kainin.

Kung sa supplement naman try mo Carnitine... But I think mas ok yung may B12 content ... But effective lang ito kung may physical activities ka.. So you have to have a workout plan to tone your muscles right.
