Great Series!one of the best series i've watched. I'm more of a sitcom guy until i've watched breaking bad. I would just like to advice first time watchers to be patient . The series tend to build up slowly and it might be actually boring on the first few episodes. But stick to it because it's freaking awesome series.

BUMP! I agree Sir, in fact after the first season there were a lot of negative criticism about the show. 4 seasons later, they got it all wrong.

Try searching po sa piratebay, I watched it without the subtitles kasi I find it too distracting.

Bryan Cranston, Best Actor TV Drama Golden Globes 2014        

Bryan Cranston won the award for Best Actor in a TV Drama for portrayal of Walter White in the final season of AMC's "Breaking Bad." Heralded as one of the finest shows on TV, "Breaking Bad" ended its five-season run with a groundbreaking series finale in September.

Cranston was nominated three other times for this role, but this is his first win. In 2003, he was nominated for a Golden Globe - Best Supporting Actor in a Series, Miniseries or TV Film for his role as Hal in "Malcolm In the Middle."

Cranston beat out Liev Schreiber ("Ray Donovan"), Michael Sheen ("Masters Of six"), Kevin Spacey ("House Of Cards") and James Spader ("The Blacklist").

"Such a lovely way to say goodbye to the show that meant so much to me," Cranston said in his acceptance speech, thanking Vince Gilligan, Aaron Paul and his "TV wife" Anna Gunn, among others.

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler hosted the 71st annual Golden Globes, which were held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif. Last year, Damian Lewis won the Golden Globe for his role on Showtime's "Homeland."

Say his name, Hollywood Foreign Press Association: Bryan Cranston took home his first Golden Globe for playing Walter White on Breaking Bad.

Cranston was nominated for four times previously, once for Malcolm In The Middle. The AMC drama also took home the award for Best TV Drama, beating out the likes of The Good Wife, Masters of six, House of Cards and Downton Abbey.

Cranston said his award was a "wonderful honor" and "lovely way to say goodbye to the show that meant so much to me."

Breaking Bad ended its five-season run on AMC in September.

"I'm up here because of Vince Gilligan," Cranston said. "He's a genius."
Gilligan accepted the award for Best TV Drama and thanked the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, AMC and Sony.

"I gotta say the best thing about this is it gives all the people up here and folks who worked on Breaking Bad one more chance to thank the fans of the show," Gilligan said. The creator and executive producer thanked the "early adopters" who watched Breaking Bad from the start. "Thank you for helping us get to here," he said.

"I think i speak for all the folks...when I say—actually, the best person to say it, I think would be Aaron Paul."

Paul took to the mic and said, "Yeah, bitch! Thank you!"

Bryan Cranston to write 'Breaking Bad' memoir

“With this book, I want to tell the stories of my life and reveal the secrets and lies that I lived with for six years shooting ‘Breaking Bad,’ ” Bryan Cranston said in the press release announcing his upcoming memoir. The as-yet-untitled book will be published by Scribner in 2015.

Cranston won three best actor Emmy Awards portraying Walter White, the cancer-stricken chemistry teacher who turns to making methamphetamine to support his family. In the show's five seasons, White -- who in a desperate moment came up with the pseudonym Heisenberg -- went from everyman to drug kingpin.

The role has become iconic -- Heisenberg T-shirts are available just about everywhere, including Wal-Mart. But Cranston, 58, has had a long career as an actor whose skills allowed him to play all kinds of roles.

He was the father in the goofy TV comedy "Malcolm in the Middle," quietly appeared in the Oscar-winning drama "Argo" and is currently portraying Lyndon Johnson on Broadway.

As he told Terry Gross in a recent interview on NPR's "Fresh Air," he had a difficult childhood as his parents' marriage dissolved. His father was a frustrated actor and alcoholic, and his mother also struggled with alcohol. For a time he and his brother lived with their grandparents, where they learned to slaughter chickens.

The publisher promises that Cranston's book will be "a deeply candid work" and "offer fascinating insights into his early years, the craft of acting, and his experiences on the landmark series 'Breaking Bad.' ”

Cranston will be seen this summer on the big screen in "Godzilla."
