ang alam ko ay kasunduan iyan ng bansa natin at ng honda manufacturers...

you're right sir uyot kasi pag pirma mo sa car loan or even cash purchase ay may special condition daw sa contract na you're not allowed to use the honda units as "taxi".
You can confirm it to honda car first owners if you wish...

payo po from my brother (chief mechanic)...
kung hindi pa po repainted ang nabili ninyo ay puede mo pong i-buffing ang body at magiging makintab ang paint ng nabili ninyo at balik halos bago ang pintura.
ang pag-buffing po ay iyong kinakabit ang "buffing wheel" sa drill at buong body ay dapat pantay-pantay. pakitanong mo po sa mga painter ang tamang paraan, just in case.

: bro, consider this comments:
   1. ok kung naka-registered pa until 2014, pabor syo yan..
   2. not necessary na ilipat mo sa pangalan mo, gagastos ka lang, as long as na nasa
       iyo ang deed of sale, OR/CR ng sasakyan at current registration.
   3. Kahit ipalagay mo yan sa pangalan mo, still naka-slash lang name mo, hindi
       aalisin ang pangalan ng 1st owner.
   4. kung may kilala ka sa LTO, pa-check mo lang history ng sasakyan, for clearance.
   5. things to check: (kung wala ka idea sa registration, might be wala ka rin idea
                                 sa kondisyon ng sasakyan. this i suggest: )
      a. Check Engine kung hindi nag-ooverheat
      b. Check engine oil condition/ ATF/steering/ break fluids..
      c. Check suspension (ilalim), wheel bearing, racker arms, brake disc/ pads
      d. Check Aircon (very important), compressor, fan belts, bearing, freon charge,
          fan/ blowers. (pag di gumagana o lumalamig ang aircon at sinabi ng seller
          na freon lang kulang ay huwag kang maniwala, might be sira ang compressor.
      e. Electrical, check fuses kung gumagana lahat. check mo sa dash kung
          umiilaw yung oil or battery icon. (may problema pag umilaw yung 1 or 2.)
      f. Check radiator kung walang leak, yung mga hose baka may tapal lang, radiator
         cap kung sealed pa, water pump, (basta dapat good flowing ang tubig)
      g. Check all wheels (specially yung tubeless) , baka may punit na at may strips na
          nakalabas. check alignment of wheel- should not be negative nor positive.
      h. that is all the basics... be cautious lalo na kung 90's model pa.

if i may suggest. before looking into the aesthetics / functionality etc of the car, it would be more prudent to check first with the TMG kung may alert ung car (carnapped/ instrument of a crime etc.) mahirap kasi bumili agad tapos "hot" car pala ung makukuha mo. just my two cents po.

2nd hand car... safer if you chek car history with Lto den check engine and body.. madali kc itago ang mga faults pag benthan na. then unti unti lalabas ang problem pag ikaw na may ari ng car.
