Isa den kasi sa dahilan kung bakit ang mga seniors not get enough sleep at night kasi lage silang nag babathroom they have weak bladder na kasi and that keeps them out of bed everytime they feel like they have to pee..so is kinda hard for them to get some sleep unless they have sleeping meds that mostly the dr will give it to them..

Haha quack dr! Yon lang observation ko aww ..at sa mga younger naman na hirap makatulog eh bawas bawasan ang pag ninja moves and get enough sleep haha ..
nyahaha umandar na naman ang pagiging ninja spy mo meowmeow hahaha.... nagiging dahilan pala yung pag nininja haha...
Haha ikaw ano ba dahilan kaya nde ka makatulog?Ot:Dapat nga may good routine para sa pagtulog kasi isa den itong factor for a good health,need self discipline den para makatulog avoid all those foods and drinks that can keep you awake and also being stress and depress can keep you not getting enough sleep or cant sleep..
i agree, kailangan talaga may good sleeping routine habit tayo para we get enough sleep. And avoid eating at less 2 hours before sleeping, avoid spicy foods and foods or drinks na may caffeine....nakaka-apekto kasi ito na hindi tayo makatulog kaagad.
