The Earth’s population can be roughly divided into 2 groups: coffee addicts and tea lovers. Depending on where you’re from, some places are more abundant in coffee beans than tea leaves and vice versa. For instance, the US is a coffee nation, but the UK and many parts of Asia are firmly rooted in tea culture.

That said, many people enjoy both drinks, especially in the morning.

The following infographic was created in order to compare both health benefits and dangers of coffee and tea. Just keep in mind that both these hot drinks are considered harmless when consumed in sane quantities throughout the day.

Which one do you prefer? Will it be a burning hot shot of espresso at 7 am, or 4 o’clock Earl Grey?

naisip ko lang din to bro. kasi minsan napapatatlo o apat na cups of coffee ako sa isang araw, kulang pa ko sa tulog. inisip ko mag tea naman kasi baka masobrahan na intake ko ng kape. nakita ko to while browsing the net. mukhang mapapa tea na lang ako hehehe

yes bro. may anti-oxidant ang kape, pero mas ok pa rin na tamang kape lang ang intake. pag nasobrahan palpitation ang resulta.

may mga kape na kahit isang tasa lang inumin may palpitation pa rin..

2 cups will be sufficient.. for me

Marami den palang good benefits ang pag inom ng coffee at tea basta minimize lang ang pag intake..right on the limit lang po a day mga sis and brothers   ;)..nice info bunso..

mas madalas ka ba magcoffee ate? or you sometimes take tea? tamang intake lang talaga at wala naman masamang maidudulot yan sa health. salamat sa pagdaan ate cath. :)

mas ok sa akin ang coffee eh... kaya ayaw ko ng basahin to, adik ako jan eh baka makabasa lang ako ng kun ano nyahahaha.. peace

hahaha may mga tropa akong ganyan. kesa magbasa at makadiskubre ng anumang negative, e bahala na lang daw. kapag checkup naman ayaw nila pumunta kasi baka anu pa marinig nila sa doctor nyahahaha

Oo dati nung college ako coffee iniinom ko lalo na paggumagawa ng homework or pagnagstudy ako buong gabi walang tulog coffee yong karamay ko..nahinto lang ako ng coffee nung nandito na ako kasi nde ko kaya ang coffee nila dito matapang at sumasakit ulo ko kaya i put more milk if i make some.. at ok namn didnt give me any headaches so i decided na maglatte na lang..i make my own latte mixture mahal pag sa store ako bibili..

Oo dati nung college ako coffee iniinom ko lalo na paggumagawa ng homework or pagnagstudy ako buong gabi walang tulog coffee yong karamay ko..nahinto lang ako ng coffee nung nandito na ako kasi nde ko kaya ang coffee nila dito matapang at sumasakit ulo ko kaya i put more milk if i make some.. at ok namn didnt give me any headaches so i decided na maglatte na lang..i make my own latte mixture mahal pag sa store ako bibili..

Masarap ang latte bunso kaso not much caffeine in it,if you try to stay awake latte wont work coz its more milk unless you put alil bit more coffee and or tea to add the flavor..minsan kahit ano ilagay ko try different taste and flavor lang..
