Kung ang lote at nasa loob ng subdivision, I-check ninyo kung may restriction sa pag-subdivide.
Ibig ko pong sabihin, mayroong mga communities or subdivision na May annotation sa title whether papayagan or hindi na ma-divide into smaller portions ang property.
Sa subdivision kung saan po kami nakatira, pwede mo lamang I-subdivide ang isang lote na consolidated from several properties into a single title. For example, dalawang lote na-consolidate into one title, later on pwede mo ulit pa-subdivide into a maximum of two titles/properties, like it was originally.
Kung wala naman pong restriction or annotation ang title ng property nyo, pwede kayong magpa-titulo ng bago, from one title to 3 separate titles.
