The past few days or weeks leading up to Christmas not so much because of Simbang Gabi. I usually wake up before 3 am, but now I think I can go back to my old 4:30 routine and get more shuteye. Time to get back on that sweet sleep gravy train.
I'm usually down before 9 pm, 6-8 hours is ideal, I really hate the feeling na hindi completo tulog ko.
