well medyo curious yun iba kung ano toh so eto na sagot sa tanung

dinakdakan recipe ay isang popular na ulam ng mga pinoy lalo na sa Ilocos at

hilagang bahagi ng Luzon okay? Ito ay binubuo ng baboy ulo at utak niluto sa

tubig na kumukulo na may pampalasa pagkatapos inihaw

hanggang crispy, tinadtad sa maliliit na piraso at pagkatapos ay ihalo

may mayonesa, mga sibuyas, asin at paminta sa lasa. Tulad ng sisig ulam na ito ay

kadalasang nagsilbi bilang pampagana or hinde pulutan.

heto buong recipe niya

ang aking estimated time sa pagluluto: 40-50 minutes

pwede na siguro sa 5-6 na katao ito

Ingredients:

1/2 hog head(cheek, nose and ear), cut into 2-4 pieces

hog brain(optional Pero required ito sa akin)

1 thumb-sized ginger, chopped

4 medium-sized onions, chopped

4 pieces red chili(siling labuyo), chopped

1/4 cup vinegar

1 tablespoon peppercorn

3 pieces bay leaves(laurel)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

salt and ground pepper to taste

Procedures:(medyo maproseso please bare with it na lang)

Part 1

1. In a big cooking pot, place water and bring to a boil.

2. Add hog head then add peppercorn, bay leaves and salt. Simmer for 30 minutes or until tender.

3. Place the hog brain into plastic bag then boil in the same cooking pot for 5 minutes.

4. Remove the meat and brain from the cooking pot, drain and let it cool for a few minutes.

Part 2

1. Cut the hog head into grilling size and grill until color turns to brown and crispy.

2. Remove from heat then cut into small slices.

Part 3

1. In a big bowl, put the sliced hog head with ginger, onions, red chili, ground pepper,

 vinegar, mayonnaise and brain. Mix well and adjust seasoning

with salt according to taste.

2. Serve and enjoy!

side lang yun kalamansi kasi iba iba trip ng kumakaen dito

hindi po ito sisig napakalaking pagkakaiba po, lalo na sa lasa. sarap mo naman ms. rai este sarap naman ng dinakdakan mo hehehe

palagay ko mayonaise ang distinguishing factor ng dinakdakan...eto kasi ang parang nagbibigay ng kakaibang lasa...kung aalisin, baka maapektuhan ang lasa ng dinakdakan...

Isa cguro kaibahan nya sa sisig eh ung luya. Para sa kin mas masarap ang dinakdakan. Kung gumagawa ako neto nagagalit c dimple pino yung luya ayaw nya kasi luya, hindi nya daw mahiwalay.
