Alin ang mas gusto ninyong choice....Montero o Fortuner? Bakit?

I'm just curious....what is the difference of Montero and Fortuner aside from they are made different company?

Montero is our Local pajero na US market. Gas, usually galing yan subic or port of irene. If you're talking about the Montero sport na local, It's better for me than the fortuner dahil para sa akin ay underpowered ang fortuner, sobrang kupad. And dahil pick up base, matagtag. car shopping? test drive lang chief, bago bili..

Parehas lang ang ride quality ng 2. Parehas na madaming kaprehas sa daan.

Pero kung 4x4 variant, automatic Fortuner na 'yan.

Basically, they're at a tie. It boils down to your preference.

i drive na montero GLS V. 2.5 with paddle shifter, ok ang speed comfort maganda ang pakiramdam, hindi matagtag, pero dami kapa ipabago sa upuan di kasi leather... yung makina no probs... mabilis ang response...

Fortuner i tried na rin 4x4 3.0, ok naman siya new look sa interior, if sa makina naman mas mabilis siya sa montero 3.0 kasi... top speed 180kph lang. kaso medyo matagtag konti, iba yung feel mo sa fortuner maluwang space niya kung paluwangan...

im a mitsu satisfied uer lancer EX here...

but if papiliin ako between montero or fortuner? i choose fortuner white, maluwang kasi, upgrade ko lang shock para medyo malambot sakyan...

Parts? Sure ako madami yan. Madami din kasi ang montero/fortuner sa daan.

I'd probably go for Fortuner though ayoko ng automatic transmission. Dami ko kasing nababasa at nakikitang pictures ng Montero na nagwild at biglang nag sudden acceleration out of nowhere damaging the vehicle, properties and lives. I-share ko sana yung blog about it na nagpapakita ng madaming units ng Montero na na-wreck pero nagexpire na yung page. Alarming yung dami ng mga pictures at testimonies, from what I heard Mitsubishi is blaming it on the driver-side floor mat getting stuck on the gas pedal. There was also 1 unit of Estrada documented to have suffered the same problem. I don't know if Mitsubishi already took care of the unit problem but last I heard they were offering an 80-85% buy back option. This is just a heads up for those who owns or wants to own a Montero.

since i luv speed. i choose montero lalo na ung V6 engine mivec nila. power talaga. well malakas sa gas pero kung makakabili ka ng ganun di ibig sabihin meron kang pang gas hehehe. pero i choose that model. kukunti ata ang bumibili ng ganung model ng montero.

Sa tingin ko kaya kaunti bumibili ng V6 model kasi malakas sa gas. Yung fortuner vvt-i 7km/L city driving.

Hmm.. mahirap ah. Parehong maganda, pero pareho din madalas ko makita.

Siguro Fortuner. Medyo mas macho tignan para sakin compared sa Montero.

I kinda like the interior of the montero though. Medyo spartan kasi yung nakita kong Fortuner, too simple.

Though granted first gen yon.
