New Toyota Vios 2013!!! Tell me how much you want me now!

The Vios is a spry little car.
I've driven a friend's Vios (1.5G) and compared it to my (ancient) Cefiro.

Handling is fine, typical of FF lightweight compacts. There's a bit of understeer when forced into tight turns.
Acceleration is OK, enough to outsprint taxis and untuned EK-series Civic VTIs.
Gas economy seems fine. After all it's a small car!
Styling is OK. It looks a lot better than the old Vios units from 2007 or so. Looks similar to Korean competitors though.
It just feels a little cramped for me. Driving a Cefiro means being used to having a lot of headroom, leg room and space at the back. The Vios being a compact has very little of the 3.

alam naman natin sir bihira lang makaaford satin nang luxry o sports car unless mayaman ka talaga i level natin yang reputation sa mga common people na may car .. hindi naman sa nagiging nega dito ayoko lang maramdaman nila ung feeling na pang taxi ung car dahil talagang masakit haha...

well advatage kasi u will have some sort of reviews since best seller for taxi. malalaman mo agad pros and cons .. but same as other manufacturers depende parin sa paggamit .. it can last even 30 years depende sa model kung d maluluma agad. hehe

maganda din pala yung TRD kitted na vios. balak daw ilabas ng toyota dito sa pinas. kahit ganun lang sasakyan ko ok na. hehe

Ito yung nakakatakot kung sakaling kakabili mo lang ng vios then biglang lumabas ito, sising alipin tiyak.
