Of course running shoes. I prefer Nike or Adidas. Running shoes are more flexible, with extra cushioning para ma handle ung impact while running.

meron mga jogging shoes ang skechers.. mas ok pag tumatakbo kasi merong sapatos na prang arko ung ilalim.. di ko lam tawag dun.. ung basketball shoes, ok rin pero hindi dapat ung high cut.. ung spikes nman, sa pang football un..

Ever since I bought Lunar +1, I never wore my Pegasus. It is much lighter and comfortable.

running/trainer shoes of course...mas comfortable itakbo yun...maraming rubber and sports shoes pero masyado mabigat yung soles...masakit sa paa afterwards.

Kung long distance run mas maganda na ung pang running talaga.when you choose a shoes for running/jogging you have to consider ung pronate ng paa mo,distance that you are to cover as well as the comfort of your feet to avoid blisters.

basketball shoes would do for basic running... but if you are an enthusiast, better invest on a good pair of running shoes..
