Posting with less than 10 words

I cannot post with less than 10 words. The following error prompts me:

"The following error or errors occurred while posting this message:
The message does not meet the minimum word requirements (10 words)."

Tried to look for some thread/info regarding this but can't find.
Is this an issue of number of posts (currently 163 posts)? Please advise. Thank you.

hi there sir rodpau! it's not about the number of your post counts, it's about the browser you are using... if you're accessing our forum using your desktop or PC chances are the minimum required number of words which is 10 applies... only posts using mobile forum apps like Tapatalk can evade the 10 minimum required word rule that is why our forum Admins are having difficulties in correcting the said gateway... so as not to aggravate the gravity of continuous error by mobile apps in accessing our forum, the admins cancelled the mobile users' access to our adult sections where huge volume of views and posts are usually experienced, kawawa naman masyado ang ating bahay if our own imposed rules will not be implemented in our core sections... i hope i have answered your query clearly... (TIP: try to add emoticons in your replies... hehehe.... one emo = one word...)
