I felt weird lately so I went to my doctor. She said my blood pressure is 140/95. She gave me 2 choices, follow a DASH diet, exercise or kung hindi ko babaguhin ang lifestyle ko, I may have to take maintenance pill for the rest of my goddamn life. I go to the gym regularly so it's really on the diet. I'm determined to pass this kaya I researched it further and found out that vegetarian diet is the way to go in order to maintain good health and prevent disease, with a variety of supporting studies backing up those claims.
Pero ano ang mga bagay na I have to give up to achieve this and will I really be happy? I debated this internally weighing on the pros and cons.
