if that is the case then the latest contract will govern plus provisions of the labor code or any pertaining laws. ang contract ay hindi dapat mag violate ng provisions ng mga statute or laws. Labor standards law sets the minimum.

sir, may i know what is the nature of the first contract? What kind of contract is it? Whether learnership. apprenticeship or provisional?
