Okay naman promatrix7 ts. Hindi lang masarap ang lasa. Kung medyo tight sa budget, you can settle for that.

Sakin nothing beats ON Gold Standard padin pero pag tipid mode ay ok na promatrix.

Just be on the look on the ingredients. Yun lang naman ang concern. By brand ako kasi more of muscle tech products Nitro tech, whey protein and hydroxycut. It's pretty much pricey pero unquestionable ang effectivity, from 100lbs of bench press kinaya ko 150lbs same 15 reps dahil dun pero anhirap ibalance kasi nagpapapayat din ako and protein makes my body buffed than ripped. BCAA pre yun ang una mong hahanapin sa laman ng protein shake.

cheaper because its not 100% whey protien..

its called protien spiking - amino acid spiking - nitrogen spiking..

it said so in the back label important amino acids per 100grms of protien.. and it contains taurine, glycine, glutamine..

3tables spoons = 35grms which has 23grms of protien..

9table spoons = 105 grms of serving which has 69 grms of protien less(-) the total amino acids which is 54.2grms per 100grms of serving.. then your only getting 14.8grms of protien..

you're still getting the amino acid at the expense of protien..

still im not certain.. but correct me if im wrong..
