I do vigorous exercises 5x a week pero 30 mins lang everyday; 15 mins in elliptical for cardio and then sa free-weights. I do lose a bit of my sixual drive pero I sleep so well I don't mind if my sixual drive suffers a little.Lastly, I have an idol here, MIKEL SCOFIELD. I went over all his post and man, this dude is amazing. I always wanted to have a complete plant based diet but I'm so weak. I don't think I can even be half that close to where Mikel is right now.
