This is so true. I am disappointed whenever I order big hamburgers from Burger King.

Nasubukan ko na to tol arthas pero not because of the presentation from the ads, pero dahil may weird blue color yung burger patty ko sa mcdo katipunan. Nanglaki yung mata ng manager at pinalitan agad nila and offered me a free mcflurry hahaha.

Siguro try mo tol Arthas yung nasa Ad, bigyan mo lang ng killer smile yung mga crew ng fast food para ma entertain ka haha.

Sa softdrinks nalang eh mas marami pa yun ice kesa sa drinks .. so one time sa mall bago ako lagyan ng drinks sabi ko wag lagyan ng ice .. eh pina biggie ko sya .. aba binigay sakin ang konte at nung nag complain ako ang sabi wala kasi yelo kaya ganyan sir! Naisis ako at kinausap ang bisor nila .. pinapuno sa staff .. hays

I just learned from a relative working on a fastfood chain that a complain would result to something you'll regret. Iba talaga culture ng ibang bansa pagdating sa ganyan. They would probably address your concern. Dito sa pinas kapag nagreklamo ka sa crew, possible na minumura ka nila sa loob while preparing your meal or nababoy na ang food mo at di mo halata pagbalik sa yo ng inorder mo.
