Recipe Ingredients: 5 pieces ripened saging na saba (Saba Banana)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup ripened jack fruit (langka) or Cinnamon Powder
10 pcs lumpia wrapper (Spring Roll Wrapper)
3 cups of CANOLA cooking oil
Recipe Cooking Procedure: 1.Peeled of banana and slice in half, lengthwise.
2.Put brown sugar on plate the get the banana and roll over. Make that sugar are evenly distributed.
3.Lay down one lumpia wrapper and put the coated banana on it and attach one strip of jack fruit (or sprinkle with cinnamon powder). Wrap it. Roll once more on the sugar.
4.In a deep pan heat up oil. Drop the wrapped banana and fried until it becomes golden brown.
