I am now sure that not every members here knows that there are some boards or section here doesnt have post counts. It means that even you post a thread or reply in that board it will not add to your post counts. We already announce this one before in the previous site but we didnt announce it here because i assume that everyone know about it.
Origin: First was the Introduce yourself board, reason is we need to be fair. Only staff has the automatic greetings every new member will register, and before it adds to his/her post counts so we removed it. Next was the Interactive game specifically Q&A games, there was a time before that it was like a spam to members to have it increase their post counts by joining yes or no games and the likes. This is not in conformity to the Forum rules that contribute with sense. I think you know what i mean.
Future: We will have more boards like this if there will be a way of spamming in this forum. Instead of removing such board we will just remove post counts on it.
I know some of you or majority of the members has the aim or goal to increase their post counts. I honestly understand that. But to tell you when i started as a newbie i didnt think of the rank or post counts. i just want to help my fellow members then because i got help from this site with the help of other members. So its time for me to reciprocate such deeds. Untill i became a part of the staff and the rest is history.
My suggestion is just enjoy your stay here, posting, interacting to fellow members without thinking of your post counts because when you reach the hero member, what's next? To tell you the truth there are some members here that after they've known some of the members, they became friends in real life thru PT or even got married. Talking by experience.
