High fiber diet, eat fiber foods every major meal (3x a day).
Foods rich in fiber:
Grains, wheat bread, oat meal, malunggay, prunes, pine apple
Fiber supplement:
I would recommend fibrosine, 1-2 sachets per major meal, it has 5 grams of fiber per sachet, kung may makukuha kang mas mura na supplement with the same amount of grams, take it.
Masyadong mahal ang mga fiber foods I'm telling you because it has many purposes. If you can't afford to buy high fiber foods, magstay ka lang sa fiber supplement mo. Wag na wag mong kakalimutang uminom sa isang buong araw, matigas ulit yan kinabukasan.
