may idea ba kayo saan mas ok? let's say you will go for a date or kasama mo family mo. mahina kasi ako sa pagpili ng restaurant which is a problem kapag makikipagdate or kapag aayain mong lumabas ang pamilya mo.

Buffet restaurants are NOT fine dining restaurants. They are classified into casual-restaurants.
Definition of fine dine restaurants:
Fine dining restaurants are full service restaurants with specific dedicated meal courses. Décor of such restaurants feature higher-quality materials, with an eye towards the "atmosphere" desired by the restaurateur, than restaurants featuring lower-quality materials. The wait staff is usually highly trained and often wears more formal attire. Fine-dining restaurants are almost always small businesses and are generally either single-location operations or have just a few locations. Food portions are visually appealing. Fine dining restaurants have certain rules of dining which visitors are generally expected to follow often including a dress code.

so true BUFFET rest is not a fine dining....
sa PINAS ba naku wala po ako alam aside sa intramuros ( minsan kase may nagaya sa akin.. so romantic!! garden settings w/ harana pa awwww :-[)... pero sa abroad i can give a tip.. kase we usually try fine dining and a buffet as well every time we travel around...
-
i'll recommend Mamou in Rockwell or Serendra.. try the aged beef :)
-
ako siguro italliani's or zong sa the fort strip..grabe sarap dun..medyo oriental style dishes..
-
ok din yung mga restos sa solaire.
-
for me my top 3 is...
3. Sky Lounge sa Vivere Alabang
2. Red sa Shangrila Makati
1. Sala sa Makati Ave. sa Locsin building..
-
tony roma's
-
Some "fine dining" restaurants I personally recommend are:
1. Melo's (Alabang)
2. Antonio's (Tagaytay)
-

Problema lang is, minsan di fresh ang mga dumplings ng branch nila sa 168. and mabilis ma out of stock mga dishes nila kasi pinapadeliver pa from the benavidez branch.
-
-
vieux chalet in antipolo hehe ok din pag gabi
-
kung family ang kasama mo... i recommend dads sa glorieta, eat all you can at masasabi ko na sulit yung ibabayad mo.... o kaya sa max restaurant, ayos din naman ang environment doon...
kung date naman, i agree with sir prime... something especial sa isang 5 star hotel.... o kaya for more exeptional experience i'll go with what zzgundam recommend doon sa antonio's sa tagaytay... medyo malayo sa manila pero worth it... makakapamasyal pa kayo ng husto....
-
yun oh, dami na pala nagreply dito. maraming salamat po sa lahat ng nagbigay ng suggestions. will take note po. +k kayong lahat.
-
I'm not into fine dining unless it's steak. Try Melo's or Antonio's.

Recently we visited again the Spanish fine dining resto Alba in Alabang.
Their Spanish buffet at P 650.00 is well worth it. Paella, lechon de leche, Callos, tapas bar and much much more.

Chef Jessie at the Rockwell Club....french mediterranean cuisine at its finest...unforgettable sensory experience starts when you enter the restaurant and ends long after the last bite of dessert

pag sinabing fine dining usually dapat nakabihis ka din. dito usually dapat naka-coat ang lalake pero di naman naka tie. pag di ka bihis they will turn you away. tsaka dapat may prior reservation ka for dining.
