Bihira ako nakakakaen ng Chocolate parfait pero gustong gusto ko talaga hihihi

pag sa mga fast food lang sundae na lang kinukuha ko

kayo anu ba paborito nyo?

Sicily's vanilla and cream cannoli.. Meron din with crushed chocolate and nuts... But i like the plain cream better.

.... HardRock Cafe's Chocolate Fudge Ice cream... Hot fudgy brownie topped with gelato
... ( flavors are optional) ... I remember, two months akong naging regular 'eater/ consumer' ng particular HardRock dessert na yan.

Haha! Panettone tslaga e no! But i like the Pandoro much better... The same lang sila ng Panettone plain lang ang Pandoro kung meron currants at raisin ang Panettone meron naman confectioner's sugar ang Pandoro...

Yung recipe ni Mario B.,, sige ma try nga yan! Thanks for sharing Sir!

Teka one more thing every easter meron din Colomba...

Same bread mixture ang kaibahsn lang dove shaped sya plus merong caramelized sugar and nuts sa ibabaw.

Yep... Candied orange/ citrus fruit peel... Dessicated and cooked sugared and dessicated ulit...funny, when i found out about it... Naisip ko lang akalain mo, sa pinas pag kumain tayo ang balat tinatapon na naten... While sa ibang lugar.. Napapakinabangan pa yan...

Actually yung panettone pareho lang sila ng Colomba dove shaped lang yun.. Pandoro naman... Simpleng 'mamon' lang yun when compared sa breads sa pinas... Medyo may ' kunat nga lang sa texture kase nde sya fine '00' all purpose white flour... Mixed sya ng bread flour na madalas ay from high protein hard unbleached wheat flour... Kaya medyo matigas tigas compared sa mga tinapay dito sa atin.

.... This year wala akong natikman na Pandoro at panettone... Mamon mamon lang... Dun! Nakarami ako... Sagana sa pampa alsa! Hehehe...

But yummy... All the same.

Cantucci biscotti from the Umbria/Tuscan regions... May almonds din yun.. Pwede rin partner ng espresso coffee.. But mostly kinakain sya after meals kasabay ng amaretto shots.. It's an almond flavoured italian liqueur.. Made from apricot and sometimes other fruits ..

Panforte biscotto naman yung may cinnamon and almond ... With ground black pepper kaya medyo exotic ang flavour... But yung may chocolate na biscotti... 'Amaretti' naman ang name nun made from almond flour and of course cocoa optional na lang yung chocolate chips... But madalas vanilla and chocolate flavour lang yun...

Kase ang alam ko may mga italian bakers sa mga italian communities dyan sa US na nagke cater ng ganyan online... Saka hindi naman yun nasisira agad and the bread is safely packed invidually in a box... Minsan nga may kasama pang wine yun so you can order it online... Im sure may mga local pastry business dyan na pwede gumawa ng ganun...

I just dunno kung kailangan ng minimum number of orders...

Looks like you might have an ozzy feeling while tasting it, mouth watering...Is it maybe the famous brand itself "Royce" + the extraordinary taste among other brand of chocolates that is why a bit costly?... wish I can taste o bit of it. :think:

Pan’e saba and Amarettus...

Sebadas or Seadas are honey brushed fried pastry available all year round. What is amazing is discovered a soft-hearted pecorino cheese when pierced with a fork.

Su Pan’e saba is a typical sweet prepared for feasts as wedding. It is a mixture of cooked wine, water, semolina, raisins, pine nuts, and almonds. After all it is decorated with coloured balls of sugar.
Amarettus are macaroons, baked cookies with pieces of almonds, sugar, flour and lemon peel.
