Title: BIR permit

Ask lang kung ilang months bago ka ipasara ng BIR pag wala kang permit? kase ung sakin pinapalakad ko palang ung business permit at may mga tao na naghahanap ng OR kaso wala naman ako maibigay. Paki lipat nalang admin ng thread kung mali po ng napaglagyan.

hi ts.... once may magreklamo sa bir re your inability to issue receipts, they will suspend your operations immediately until such time you have it... also you will be fined depending on your business... hope this helps....

Di ba nila ako bibigyan ng palugit? 3weeks palang kase business ko and di naman ganun kabilis makakuha ng business permit. Thanks in advance poz

hmmm... it depends on how you will talk with them.... but the truth is, you should have gotten a business permit first before operating... you are just exposing yourself to milking... if you know what i mean... saan ba location ng business mo sir?

Sa taguig sir, Pinalakad ko nalang di ko din kase maasikaso. Speaking of milking, ung tinayo ko dati na business sa paranaque nagbayad ako ng 20k para lang malabas agad ung statement of account ko sa business permit kahit complete na requirements. Grabe talga tagal kase magprocess.
