Sino dito mahilig sa buffet/shabu-shabu, or yung mga eat-all-you-can na resto? ::)
Anu-ano na ang na-try nyo? At ano para sa inyo ang pinaka-OK?

Para sakin, dabest yung Vikings. andami choices tsaka ansarap ng mga pagkaen :D

I haven't tried Vikings but many colleagues say that they're good. I've tried Yakimix but I don't like the food choices.
I highly recommend the Sunset bar buffet at Sofitel Hotel in Manila.

yuel0022, the Sofitel buffet is for special occasions. Anniversary or birthday ni ermats. Last time I checked it was at 1800++. Pero meron silang special promo minsan. Sulit ka naman sa food and ambiance.

sana guys post nyo ang budget price ng bawat resto and ano ang the ¨ must¨ dish na dapat tikman---

I have tried vikings before nung bago pa lang sila it was not that impressive pero ngayon i heard madami na nabago i will go back again.

::) I think sa Spiral-Sofitel Manila plang ako natalo dko kinaya sa dami ng choices ng foods.
Sa vikings dko pa na try kapag buffet nman na pinoy dishes i think Carinderia Buffet mura na masarap pa. ;)

Vikings still ...just hard to get a seat right away...i heard sa ngayon if you plan to go there for dinner, you have to be there to reserve in the morning, then stroll in the mall na lang after... especially if you´re going with a big group... that is if you don´t have reservation... and parking is also quite hard to get...
weekend rate 1100+ but really worth it

Rio Carnival Buffet gusto ko dyan sa Vegas yung malalaking claws ng crab!
hindi ko pa po nasubukan dyan at sa M resort and casino, nagbabalak pa lang.. medyo kapos pa sa budget, nagiipon pa.. hehe.. ang mahal po kasi dyan, per head $50 bucks.. hehe..

Agree. Noong bagong bukas yung vikings sa SM Marikina, pumunta ako doon ng walang reservation. Big mistake! Mga good 2 hours ang hinintay ko! Pero ngayon, kahit na mga 2-3 days or the day before ng kainan ikaw magpareserve may slot (sa SM Marikina)

Pero Spiral is special for average guys like me. Dads keeps me full too. yakimix is okay and next stop will be Vikings.
pero marami rin hotels that offer good buffet like in mandarin, ascott and in dusit.

I tried Vikings sa SM Marikina, nothing fantastic, and too many people there on a Saturday. Ok na ako sa Saisaki/Dads, City Buffet for my buffet fix.

napanood ko lang kasi sa Jessica Soho yun, parang nasa bandang West Ave pero hindi ako sure. ang sure ko, lang may iba dito na nakakaalam ng lugar.

ang madalas naming puntahan eh Dads sa makati... wala pa akong ibang napuntahan na resto na may ganito... sa mga hotel normal ito, and usually kapag punta ng manila, check in sa hotel

OT: Have tried Dad's Saisaki...great food there...
Also Yakimix...one of my favorites
Seoul Garden...try it if you are into Korean Food...
Barrio Fiesta...good KareKare... but they have buffet for merienda...
Also worth mentioning are Kangaroo Jack, Chef D' Angelo...

Salmon and tuna are not fresh. Juices are instant. Cheese use for oysters is cheap. Tempura batter is so thick. Rice used for sushi is not Japanese rice.
Madaming pagkain. Pero quality food? No.

may mga nagsabi na mas OK daw dyan sa Buffet 101 kesa Vikings pero base sa sinabi mo hmm... napaisip ako. ita-try ko na lang siguro para malaman, di na lang ako mag-eexpect masyado haha.

The best yung Spiral! Sarap talaga. Busog ka na sa pagkain,busog pa ang tenga mo sa magandang tugtog,busog rin ang mata mo sa mga tao dito! haha. Sarap talaga dito
