hello guys, first time ko mag share about my life. im 41 yrs old and working in saudi for 9 years now. pero paiba iba ako ng company. ang reason. i got bullied. always. mabait naman ako at palaging nakikisama. pero bakit ganun ang tao? kapag nag titimpi ka palagi ka nila nialamangan? wala naba talaga credit ang mga mabubuting gawa? magkamali ka lang habang buhay mo na itong dadahin. nabubully ako dahil siguro nerd ako. may sarili din akong mundo at ayaw ko makipag away dahil hindi ito bansa natin na maluwag sa mga kaparusahan. i cried at night kung bakit di ako katulad nila. i dont get it bakit lagi sila masaya kapag pinag tatawanan nila ako? may mga dios paba silang pinaniniwalaan o may dios pa bang sumusubaybay sa kanila? i feel so depress and always in stress. good to have this kind of forums nakakapag recharge ako ng mga sama ng loob. oh well life goes on. kung may maipapayo kayo sakin ill be glad to hear it. thank u so much!

don't let them get the better of you... as we say it in our local parlance: "ang mainis, talo!"... sometimes it pays to be a snob... try to reinvent yourself... nobody will help you except yourself... try reporting for work and pretend not to mind your co-employees except your superiors... just work in silence and be of help to others without uttering a single word... fight fire with fire... don't mingle much except when needed but in a controlled manner... think like you're much superior than others... they can't blame you because they've pushed you to behave like this... i'm also working in a different world where different nationalities exist but i can hold my own because i always try not for them to get the better of me... giving too much affection or being too close to them will make them see more of you, that you're there in their turf and that you need badly your present work... that whatever they want to do to you they expect you to adhere and please them... it's time to change all of that... BE THE CHANGE....

don't mind them sir... those bullies are power tripping... they want you to notice them as being superior... on the other hand, i suggest you also try to go out of your shell... your comfort zone... as they say, explore the outside world... who knows by doing so, they might open up and accept you as their peer...
