Animated sequel Hotel Transylvania 2 has topped the UK box office in its first weekend on general release.
The 3D fantasy comedy, featuring the voices of Adam Sandler and Selena Gomez, earned more than £6.3m over the weekend and from previews.
Suffragette, which opened the London Film Festival, took second place, while fantasy Pan rounded out the top three.
Gothic horror Crimson Peak, at number five, and The Lobster at nine were the top 10's other new entries.
When it came out in the US and Canada, Hotel Transylvania 2 set a new box office record by having the biggest opening weekend for a film released in September.
The film made $48.5m (£31.4m) in its opening weekend, despite getting a mixed reception from the critics.

Suffragette, starring Carey Mulligan, Helena Bonham Carter and Meryl Streep, centres on the early days of the British women's suffrage movement.
Despite opening on a Monday, its first-week takings of £2.9m were less than half of the number one film's total haul.
Hotel Transylvania 2's UK total, though, does include takings from two weekends of previews.
Pan, a radical take on the Peter Pan story starring Hugh Jackman and Garrett Hedlund, was a financial flop in the US after receiving some fiercely negative reviews.
Its UK and Ireland takings of £2.7m bring its worldwide total so far to just over $73m (£47m) - less than half its reported production budget.
Guillermo del Toro's Crimson Peak, seen as the Mexican director's return to fantasy-style film-making, earned £967,000, while surreal drama The Lobster earned less than £230,000.
The Martian, last week's number one film ,dropped to number four, having swelled its UK takings to nearly £17.5m.
