Its a possibility, Aim ni zoro ang maging the world's greatest swordsman, a swordsman above all swordsman which includes Goemon and lets not forget na kung imamatch silang dalawa may haki si zoro. Btw cutting the moon is not a big fuss, the moon is made of soil and rock similar to a mountain which mihawk had slashed like a bak choy.

yup tama ka. mas malakas si hiko seijuro. ayaw lang nyang maki alam sa mga laban ni kenshin. iba ang power level nila kasi sabi nga ni hiko, kung mas malaki ka, mas malakas ang hiten mitsurugi style.
pero kung best swordsman tanong, si mihawk sakin. hehe
