yung sa dobe madli lang manganak at maraming manganak haha 7-9 puppies kung manganak yung dobe namin... sa shitzu medyo dinadala na namin sa vet pag may signs na na manganganak kasi minsan ceasarian pa nangyayari... di pa nanganganak yung mga minipi namim

aba okay na thread ito boss markoz... i'm sure every dog lovers around here will find this thread a pleasant one to stay with... Before, i used to own a boxer and he passed away i think two years ago due to old age na din... he was a fun loving dog and easy to carry with, obedient and syempre gwapo hahahaha... sayang lang, but that's life... i hope i can raise another large breed soon, maybe a rott or a dobie, basta black naman for a change...

tulad ng sabi ko sa kabilang thread... we have 10 dogs... 6 shitzu. 2 minipinchers and 2 dobermans... 2 shitzu na katoka sa akin pa ra alagaan at sa gabi kailangan suklayin ko sila para hindi maging matted ang fur nila...
Kamusta yung temperament ng doberman ms kolehiyala? Planning to buy a puppy next month.

Ngayon naman ito ang doggie ko... Kaso naiwan ko sya sa Rome... I named him Elvis... Palagi nya binubully si Gastone.. Hehe !

mga mam at bossing dog lover din po ako pero never pa ako nag alaga ng may breed puro askal lang kasi wala pang pambili noon ngayon medyo pwede na...
ano po kaya pwede alagaan para sa mga katulad ko na beginner?

try mo belgian malinois pero for beginner not advisable ang BM pero kung kaya mo nmn ibigay ang mga activity needs nya ok n guard dog ang BM..mabait at very protective ang mga belgian malinois...

^ oh... sir ozz... im fully aware of the dobe's temperament too... sabi nila bantayan lang daw ang heat period nito and the usual na affection din dapat andun...so far yan pa lang din nasasagap kong mga tips...thanks sir...

Thanks sa tip sir james kailangan alamin ko rin ang heat period nila kasi medyo worried yung iba baka maulol daw.
OK naman ang temperament ng mga dobe namin sir Ozy.. kasi nga mga batang maliliit sa amin kahit hampahampasin di naman umaangal... naaagaw pa nga namin ang mga kinakain nila kahit nasa loob na ng bibig... they are gentle to us and protectivekaya yun ang mahirap kasi yung ibang tao na pumapasok sa bakuran galit sila pag walang kasamang taga sa amin... siguro instinct nila na kasama kami sa pack nila... pati mga small breed namin kalaro nila hehe
Perfect! Ayoko kasi friendly yung pet dog ko sa ibang tao para guard dog talaga pero free roam sya sa bahay. Heard na wag daw sisigawan yung doberman and depende rin daw sa breeder na bibilihan namin ang temperament. Thank you ms kolehiyala.

Labrabull (Pitador) – The Labrador Retriever American Pit Bull Terrier Mix
The Labrabull, which is also known as a Pitador, is a mixed dog, a combination between parents of two different breeds, in this case between a Labrador Retriever and an American Pit Bull Terrier.
Mixed dogs are characterized by their uniqueness, due to the combination of physical characteristics, temperament, health issues and intelligence which comes from two different breeds.
When you’re getting a Labrabull (or Pitador if you prefer the name), you’re never really sure what you’re getting. You can get a general idea of their physical appearance, since even as puppies they might display signs of being closer to one breed or another, but as far as health goes and even their temperament, those can be unknown quantities at this point.
Because the genetic legacy of both parents will influence the Labrabull in one way or another, we’ll cover below the characteristics of both sides, specifically where they are similar and where they differ.
The Labrabull Appearance and Behavior
The Labrabull’s size will vary in height between 12 and 27 inches, with a weight between 30 and 115 pounds. These are the extremes of the two breeds, so chances are that the dog will be somewhere in the middle.
Both breeds have a short coat, which sheds moderately and doesn’t require a lot of grooming from the owner.
The Pit Bull is not much of a barker, but the Labrador does have a bit of a tendency to do it, so your new Pitador might or might not enjoy barking a lot while you’re sleeping.
As far as friendliness goes, the Labrador is well known for his love for all strangers, but the Pit Bull is a bit more reserved, though still friendly overall. The Labrador doesn’t need to be the dominant one, but the Pit Bull on the other hand is quite dominant, and needs training in this regard while he’s still a puppy. Both breeds are easily trainable, with a bonus in this area for the Labrador, which is a pleasure to work with.
Both breeds can be raised in apartments, as long as they get plenty of exercise. Either way, if they’re kept indoors, you can expect them to be active.
In both cases, the Labrabull should do well with kids, especially if he takes from the Labrador side of the gene pool more.
As far as other pets go, the Labrador side might do OK with them, but if he inherits from the Pit Bull, you can expect a lot of aggressiveness towards other dogs of same six, and towards other types of pets. If you do own other dogs or cats, a Labrabull mix might not be a good idea, at least if it’s an unknown quantity as far as temperament is concerned.
Both breeds can do well in areas like agility or competitive obedience, and they should enjoy activities like hunting and tracking (retrieving as well for the Labrador). They can be watchdogs as well.

My son wanted to have a pet dog so bumili kami ng shipoo. Cross breed ng shitsu and poodle pero mas leaning towards sa shitsu ang looks niya.Cute ang mga shipoo sir,yong isang aso ko shipoo,half long hair shih tzu at half tiny toy poodle pero yong looks nya shih tzu at yong hair poodle medjo curly..good nature dogs..i really love mine they are my company at anytime.
