The SGBS is doing a group meeting and will be voting officials to hold a certain position on the said foundation. Money is involved here so we are doing necessary steps and controls to avoid corruption.
A hotline will also be available for those who like to share their kindness. SGBS will be having a bank account for the security of the said donations.

Sunday Group - Bulalo Society (SGBS Foundation) - our aim is to provides immediate assistance to the victims (most specilally our PT members) of calamities or natural disasters like volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, fires and typhoons that leave vast areas flooded. As member of SGBS Foundation, we can accomplish great things and give the gift that truly matters--"the gift of compassion and caring to one another."
To start this project we need to nominate officials who will handle our operation:
1) Chairman -

5. a. Auditor (Local/Philippine based) -

6. Field Crews -

Donations can be any of the following -
- Canned foods
- Rice
- Water
- Medicine / medical supplies
- Clothing
- Blankets
- Cash ( This is only optional and applicable only for those person / member who can give monetary donations)
** Guys paki tulangan nalang kami kung anung reponsibilty ang gusto nyong ilagay para sa mga elected officer natin, mag ooperate lang naman ang SGBS Foundation sa tuwing may calamities tayo sa pilipinas or may mga kapatid tayo dito sa PT na nangangailangan at dahil dito gagawa tayo ng isang proseso upang mapatunayan natin na talagang nangangailangan ng tulong ang sinu mang member na nagrerequest ng tulong natin.**

If this will not push through, the said foundation will simply become a group that will help the needy. No certificates and registration needed. We will discuss this on the incoming SGBS EB this July. For sure, after the EB, we will let you know everything that was tackled.

- sa nakikita ko sa layunin this is more of an initiative for community outreach. So far at this stage too early pa ser to identify if there will be collaboration with other foundation. Via this thread pa lang magkakaron ng small campaign online to inform people that are willing to help.

- if the foundation will be separated from pt or not that should be discussed among the officers and admin and staff. At this point naghahanap pa lang po ng volunteers.
Similar as how normal foundation work the campaign may be or not be only via pt this could be also via other online and offline channel. The way i see it social media will play a big role here as some of the members are based out of the country.
In terms naman kung magkaproblema, main objective lang po is to help the needy, hope there will be no issues. If ever meron idiscuss na lang kagad to resolve.

- if i am not mistaken there is a full requirement to have it registered. Once the group is stable this can be done. It will also be a good idea to have collaboration with an existing fountation as a start. However depends on how the group would want to start it.

- staff members yes. Every foundation palagi announced ang identity ng officers. Pero to people who want to help up to them if gusto nila ireveal.

well appreciated your prompt response on this matter... i think some of my questions are being asked too early. If the time comes then i will raise again these questions. Im not the legal counsel or any sorts, im just exploiting any information for other member/s to know afterall this is net world where anyone can be anyone. and hoping that the group will give utmost protection of this site. thanks.

Base on my experience You can just start on just one group help those people in need. Hindi sa kontra ako sa proyekto nyo actually hands down ako sa idea na ito. I hope someone in your group has an experience already in this kind of thing like the way he/she handles things dahil kung hindi sasakit ang ulo nyo dito. I think a foundation is too big for you to start. You need to consider the Bylaws and articles of incorporation and other stuffs like contributors and contributions.
Gaya ng sabi ko better start a small project like admin Dimple is doing, nagpapakain sya ng mga street children o minsan mga aetas. a simple gesture with a big result.
Pero sa tingin ko naman alam nyo ginagawa nyo dahil hindi nyo nman ioopen ito nang hindi nyo pinaplano or pinaguusapan.
Masasabi kong napapanahon ito dahil meron din project ang HS alma mater ko which they need help for those students that less fortunate but this is another story, igagawan ko na lang ng new thread baka lang may gustong tumulong idadagdag ko sa ibibigay ko.
Just an info, never akong humingi ng donation para sa bahay natin, kung humihingi man ako para ito sa mga pagtulong sa mga nangangailangan katulad nung meron tayong isang ka-PT noon na may anak na ooperahan sinusuportahan ko lahat ng ganitong proyekto dahil alam ko gaano kahirap nang ganung sitwasyon.
Sana nga maging successful itong project nyo at madami kayong matulungan.

Isa pong napaguusapan namin sa grupo, kung hindi man po ito maging foundation, katulad ng sinabi nyo, magiging simpleng grupo na lang po kami na tumutulong sa nangangailangan.
