So ever wanted to be a jedi? fight off sith? ever wondered on what type of body they have? well siguro di natin nakikita kasin puro ung light saber nila ang nakikita natin hahah :suka3: pero for those fitness buffs or willing maging fit heres a small workout for you guys especially after the holidays

personally i find it as not most intense workout compared to the SPartan training, and HITT training but its a good way to get fit for the start of the year :-X:-X
note if you think your not able to do it, start ka muna ng lvl 0, go 1-2 set muna di naman masamang mag start slow and then build up speed then go straight to level 1. anyways lets get fit and ripped this year ei tambayerz :)
