minsan nagkakape din ako Decaff pero ewan ko ba laging late ako dalawin ng antok
minsan 12, 1, 2, or 3 am hay tapos kailangan ko gising ng 7 am

ako nag eexercise ng medyo hapit bago matulog, pag kasi bagsak na ang katawan mo, la magagawa mata mo kungdi bumagsak na rin.. Tapos sarap pa ng tulog, mahimbing... pero wag hahapitin exercise pag umpisa pa lang, sakit sa katawan nun pag gising,.. increase routine every other day..

-iwasan na kumain sa loob ng 2 o 3 oras bago matulog, lalo na matatamis at spicy foods.

-kung hirap makatulog wag niyo pilitin kasi di talaga makukuha yan lalo na madami tumatakbo sa isip, mas mabuting bumangon muna magbasa ng libro o manood hanggang sa antukin.

take a hot shower before going to bed and sleep with no lights as in blackout, well if you're not afraid of the dark but if you are try to use a 2watts nightlight, just pick a color that's relaxing to you...

Depends po sa diet and activity, yung rythm din ng sleep.
Protein helps you being sleepy. Caffeine intake naman much better kung wala na. And might be kulang sa activity ang katawan nyo po to rest. There are over the counter drugs that may help if deperate po kau medically like anti-histamines but i would not recommend it consulting a psychiatrist would be better kung stress related ang insomnia. I hope this can help!^-^

3.dont eat and drink so much at night..nararanasan mo ba ung pa2log kana tapos bigla kang gigising kc naiihi ka?or sa dami ng nakain mo di ka kumportable na maka2log..
4.try mong mag basa ng aklat tuwing bago matulog
5. syempre gawin mo lang tulugan at six ung kama mo wag mo gawin lht ng bagy sa kama... pra pag humiga ka pag2log lang ang natitrigger ng body mo..

Is it due to anxiety? Is it due to depression? Is it due to caffeine?

May mga certain causes kasi na dapat nang gamitan ng anti-anxiety, depression and sleeping tabs para makatulog. Btw TS are you bothered by your insomnia, i mean does it hinder to your day to day activities?

So no underlying or pre existent condition? If yes, you can just take multi vitamins b complex, particularly containing B1 B6 and B12, it will help you sleep kung hindi naman take Appebon 500mg before you sleep, vitamins rin yan. try mo in within 3 days.
Ang downside nga lang ng appebon at b complex eh ganado ka talagang kumain at tataba ka pero try mo for three days lang naman.

Just like valium na minomodulate ang postsynaptic action ng GABA A, narerelax ang muscles, bumibigat ang mata and nakakatulog. Well. By using diazepam I do not really recommend it, I have seen a lot of colleagues having respiratory depressions at groggy sila through work.
More over sleeping problems is common in people, specially if you are having problems or deep emotional thoughts, perhaps consulting a psycologist or psychiatrist kung hindi talaga umepekto ang natural remedies. As what i've seen in these posts parang circardian rythm sleep disorder lang yan usually ginagawa ko i don't sleep through the night then i will sleep in the time i desire to have the rythm going, siguro the time of sleep may take 12 hours pero babalik siya by normal time the next night. Treat yourself as isang tao na may jet-lag. ;D

Oh pardon me I thought you were subtly recommending diazepam for her. I tried diazepam though just to help me relax back in the days na 2hours lang ng gabi tulog ko, its effective kaso lang di mo basta2x mabibili.

try lang wag mag isip ng kung ano ano pag matutulog na.. clear your mind lang para antukin ka agad.. wag kalimutan mag pray.. i think that will work :)
