Bohi's comments:  After the noche buena and media noche and everything in between, here are some food stuff which can help burn all those excess love handles.

I'll try this year most of these but excluding ang oats kasi mataas uric ko & wheat grass, mahirap hanapin dito yan.

I have heightened Uric acid level years ago. Apple Cider vinegar normalized it. Try it. Get the Bragg brand. Around 250 per liter bottle. Chug it every night.
