i started working out mga ka-PT two months ago. then one of my friends told me na nakakaliit daw ng patotoy yung pagbubuhat ng weights. is it true?
another thing is during six, my penis won't stay hard as it used to be. matigas habang pinaglalaruan ng girlfriend ko, either handjob or blowjob, then during penetration lumalambot na. does it have something to do with weightlifting?

WALAng basehan ang sinabi ng friend mo. usually alibi lang nila yan kasi ayaw nilang magbuhat.
Dun sa 2nd issue mo, i myself lifts, dun sa day na nagbuhat ako, di nga ganun katigas which is understandable kasi nga pagod ang body natin sa kakabuhat. pero the day after i can go from dusk til dawn..
UP your intake of CALORIES..get it from fruits..
Nutrition plays big role in our six life im sure alam mo yan.

true walang basehan yan though, pag pinagod mo sarili mo at di ka kumain ng tama well the body will eat up its protein reserves aun so tama MIKEL kain lng kuya :)

I do vigorous exercises 5x a week pero 30 mins lang everyday; 15 mins in elliptical for cardio and then sa free-weights. I do lose a bit of my sixual drive pero I sleep so well I don't mind if my sixual drive suffers a little.
Lastly, I have an idol here, MIKEL SCOFIELD. I went over all his post and man, this dude is amazing. I always wanted to have a complete plant based diet but I'm so weak. I don't think I can even be half that close to where Mikel is right now.

Mahirap nga yan pag biglaan. Tulad na rin ng iba pang bagay sa buhay lahat mahirap sa simula.Pero pag nagpatuloy ka gagaan or magiging madali na yan. Parang six din di ba sa umpisa mahirap pero katagalan sumasarap na.
Pwede mo simulan sa isang meal lang muna na walang anima products.do it let say for a month.pag easy na gawin mong 2 meal...and so on...
Ako kasi may health issue nuon kaya napilitan mag change ng lifestyle..
Wag mo na hintayin pre na dumating ka sa puntong may sakit bago ka mag change ng eating habit.

Nope, wala naman ako nadinig na ganyan. I work out regularly, sometimes with circuits that are really hard, pero I can say it made me feel better in every way. Except for the muscle sores, everything is working great.
What I think you're experiencing is erectile dysfunction. There can be a host of reasons on why that could be happening, could be psychological, could be physiological.
If you watch or read porn excessively, try to refrain for at least 15 days. See if it helps.

ang alam ko lang na side effects ng weight lifting ay lalaki mga masels mo. nakakamiss na mag weight lifting. walang matinong gym dito sa nalipatan kong lugar. bad trip.

interesting topic.... but i do agree with them... i used to lift weights also and bike and it doesn't affect me at all... as they say, eat well and properly to recover your lost energy....

ang weight lifting need rin kasi ng discipline. di yung buhat ka lang ng buhat. dapat may program kang sinusunod. at depende kung ano yung gusto mong gawin sa katawan mo.
proper exercise at proper diet.

nice share sir... i also recall the 2 days lift - 1 day rest cycle then to give time for the muscle group to develop and rest...

sa case ko noon tamad ako magpahinga. hahaha. you can do programs na makaka rest yung ibang muscle group mo, while exercising other parts. kung halimbawa nag chest day ka ngayon. bukas nag shoulders ka. then nag legs ka. pwede ka na ulit mag chest. kasi almost 2 days nang nakapahinga yung chest mo. ganun ang pahinga ko noon. pinapahinga lang yung muscle group. pero buhat pa rin daily. sayang nga lang talaga at walang matinong gym dito. kaya tuloy nawala na yung magandang built ko.

that's the sad part of lifting sir... once you stop, the tendency of the developed muscles is to sag a bit... that happened with me too... bike na lang kasi naiwan kong exercise and occasional pushups..
