I'd go for a masseus, mate. I cook fairly well kaya I've got that covered.
Nothing beats a good massage after a long day.

para healthy ang buong pamilya ko. tapos magpapamasahe nalang ako sa labas. gusto ko iba-iba ang magmamasahe saken e. para may iba-ibang extra serbis ;D

personal masseuse. dapat 31 sila para iba-iba everyday. good for 6 months lang service nila at walang renewal ng contract.

sabi nga, karamihan ng sakit ng tao, high blood, heart disease, cancer, etc., ay dahil sa di tamang diet ng tao.
