the problem with that reasoning is that how sure are we na naabot tayo sa 80years old?

The same logic applies to those who wanted spot cash and invest. There is no assurance that the business will prosper.

Eto na binibigay na sa akin bakit ko pa pakakawalan, ilalagay ko muna sa bank habang nag-iisip kung saan or paano palalaguin, important thing here is hawak ko na ang 1M.. Dun kasi sa P3,000.00 monthly supply naman, hindi tayo nakakasiguro baka mag-fold up ang business nyan in the future at maglahong parang bula eh di nagsisi pa ako, mabuti ng nasa akin na si one million..

If invest it in the bank I'm working in now, they guarantee a return of 1% per 180 days, compounded.

IF we are just counting the interest (not including the 1M principal), it will take 656 months (54 years) for the amount of total interest to equal the amount of consistent cash.

BUT if we include the principal in the calculation, the amount of consistent cash will NEVER equal the principal amount plus interest.

Equations used:

1: N * 3000 = (POWER (1.01,(N/6)) * 1000000) - 1000000
Solving for N, we get 655.97
2: N * 3000 = (POWER (1.01,N/6)) * 1000000)
There is no solution for N.

Of course, the real question is, if we just put it in the bank, when will we enjoy the 1M + interest? Haha.

BUT 1 million without the right attitude and determination will bring nothing to us..

It is better than we have a hundred thousand pesos + proper attitude and determination, it will lead us to success..

For your question, i will take the 1 million pesos and i will make an investment out of it..
Investment that will bring money more than the 3k a month you said.. It can be agricultural land or public transportation) etc. In this investment, the risk of losing is minimal..

i will give you some computation of, (e.g. ang pinili kong investment is public transportation) but i will based it dito sa amin. (This is real)

Example: PUJ or jeepney

a second hand jeepney dito sa amin ay mabibili mo sa halagang 350,000 including franchise..

Plus 50, 000 for other expenses, (LTO, LTFRB, Membership fee sa association, pawelcome sa association, etc.)

total is 400 x 2 = 800k,

(yung matitirang 200k, pwede ng isugal sa stocks or buy and sell)

sa madaling sabi, 2 second hand na puj ang nabili mo.. this is 10 seater..

And even kahit na 2nd hand lang ito, it will last for long and bihira ang major expenses dito, pa repair repair lang ang technique dito at konti lang ang gastos mo)

and in case na magdecide kang ibenta, the amount of franchise is 100k and the body of the PUJ is pera din but i don't know kung magkano..

..you can earn here 100,000 each in one year.. net income na ito.. and yes, may 2 kang drayber dito.. ang magiging trabaho mo dito eh matutulog maghapon at maghihintay lang ng iaabot sayo ng drayber mo..

eh kung dalawa ang unit mo?

100, 000 x 2 = 200,000 / 12 = 16,000 monthly income patulog tulog ka lang.

Anyway, 16, 000 monthly income is a very conservative computation.

(wala pa dito yung kita ng 200,000 na natira)

after four years.. dapat may 800, 000 na ako, pero gawin na lang nating

600k ang naisave ko.. (again, conservative estimate)

Ito yung pwede kong gamitin sa negosyo. malugi man ang negosyo ko, ang nawala lang sakin yung inipon ko hindi yung investment ko..

Eh pag kumita negosyo ko, eh di yayaman na ako.. :)) :)) :)) :)) :)) :))

Unlike if sa umpisa pa lang magbusiness ka na, paano kapag nalugi ka?
