Title: HELP: about LIPO 6 Black

mga ka PT, gusto ko sana mag try ng LIPO 6 Black. may mga sabi kasi na effective. btw, I've been doing cross fit trainings. yung body ko noon 88kgs, tapos bumaba hanggang 67kgs. ngayon naman 86kgs. problema ko talaga pag off season ko mapa laki talaga ang kain ko. lets cut to the chase yung gusto ko kasi. yung slim fit na body, yung walang fats na iwan. yung 67kgs, ko noon, okay naman yun kaso lang may fats naiwan talaga. may nakapag sabi sa akin na try ko daw yung LIPO 6 Black, any thoughts guys? Thanks in advance!

well sir bago ang lahat welcome poh sa inyo dito sa PT

uhm about your question on Lipo6 black.. yeah it does the job..

to help fat oxidation and stuff..

but it try asking a doctor first about it 'cause its effect varies on each person..

and it still does have the side effects from its predecessor..

those arerestlessness, dry mouth, anxiousness, headache, mood swings,

acne, increased heart rate, and bloating to name a few.

even some cases of kidney damage and heart attack...

Sa nabasa kong ingredients almost natural naman lahat. But still be aware sa mga may lahi or mayroong sakit sa bato (kidney) kasi cocktail ng gamot pa rin yan and watch out sa liver problems, which is usually a problem caused by weight loss products. Iwas alchohol din kapag umiinom nito. It has caffeine so you might experience insomnia at hinahon lang sa cardio kung hypertensive at nagtetake nito.

yup all natural nga siya ayon sa box niya

pero naka depende talaga yan sa taong iinom kung anung effect nito sa kanya

at dapat may kasama rin itong tamang pagkaen at exercise..
