eggs, chicken breast, tuna, sirloin, pork tenderloin, olive oil, nuts, mayo
kung hirap talaga mag creatine, drink lots of water.

mosigor for kids, di ko sure kung pwede sa adult.

wala ng mabisang rule sa pagpapataba kung di ang lumamon ng lumamon.

depende... ano ba gusto mo lumaki? muscles? you should take amino acids...and instead na carbo load ka sa food...dapat rich in protein...kung gusto mo naman tumaba lang ng konti...take ka full cream milk, whole wheat bread, lots of veggies and fruits.....dagdagan mo lang kain mo...but less sugar...of course kase pag ganun e baka bilbil lang lumaki sayo... >:D
pero kung nagwo work out ka...lowfat , rich in fiber foods...saka protein...kung available dyan yung L Carnitine...try mo den...but i suggest consult ka muna sa doctor..
