Hindi naman ako masyadong choosy sa food, basta hindi sobrang alat o sobrang anghang okay na ko dun. But I liked the roasted cuy when I was in Ecuador. Sa Bangladesh naman I particularly liked the mutton biryani. Mahilig kasi ako sa dishes that involve rice, parang chao fan ng chowking.

Parang pang pinoy din nga sya. May curry lang ata na kasama. Noob naman kasi ako sa pagluluto kaya di ko ma distinguish masyado sa mga food kung ano ang inilagay. Ang expertise ko lang kumain.. hehehe

Ah okay, I was thinking kasi na sa baguio ka talaga naka stay. Nakatikim na rin naman ako ng aso sa bicol, pero iba rin naman siguro ang style ng luto sainyo. Saka correct me if Im wrong pero ang alam ko prohibited na ngayon ang pagkatay ng aso. Sa drinks siguro masarap uminom ng hot chocolate sa baguio, pang laban din sa lamig.

basta napapadaan ako sa karate kid, hindi ko mapigilan umorder. sulit kasi dun.
kung hindi lang sana naging stagnant sa pag priprito ang galing ko sa kusina, araw araw akong magluluto. haha

I really love Italian Cuisine. :) Specially Mga Pasta.
Maraming ayaw ng Italian kasi medyo sour xa, pero i think dahil lng yan sa mahilig talaga sa sweets ang mga pinoy. :)

I love foie gras, pâté (Miski ano), Terrine, Escargot (basta malinis and tama ang gawa), Brie (bridel), Jamon Serrano, Jamon Iberico, Copa, Tempura, Miso, Silken Tofu (don't know the exact dish), Sashimi (Salmon), Sausages, Meat loafs, Cordon Bleu, Ravioli, roast beef.
