You can't go wrong with Japanese green tea mate. (Pre-Fukushima is best just to be on the safe side)

Chinese is okay too, but I would suggest you go for loose leaf when it comes to tea, the quality is usually higher. The question is where to get loose leaf, not all groceries have them.

You may also try Rooibos tea if you don't want any of the caffeine but only the antioxidants. It's not really tea per se (Camellia Sinensis) but from a bush in Africa. You might want to check it out.

If you feel like mellowing out, Chamomile tea is your brew. If you feel a little indigestion coming, peppermint tea or jasmine is great for that.

Another one I would like to try is Yerba Mate. Haven't seen some in my local grocery but I've heard good things (and some bad) about this stuff.

There you go mate.

Kung wala lemon sir puwede calamansi as alternative, kaso medyo maasim, hehe, kaya dapat honeybee panglasa, basta iwas lang sa sugar or mga sweetener.

Yunnan , Assam and/or with a combination of Ceylon tea...

Uptonn's traditional staight Yunnan teas... Mas ok sya mixed with milk.. Pero kung like mo strong taste ... You drink it black with no sugar.. Ok din yung Earl Grey.. Or Twinnings... Traditional breakfast tea.. Or kung like mo with fruity infusions... Maraming variety to choose from...

Red dark berries, citrus infusions... I like'em the best.

And oh, that Jasmine tea from a japanese brand.. Very particular... It's not powderized confection on a tea bag... Its looks like a dried leaf .. When soaked in hot water.... After a few seconds... You'll see a real dried jasmine flower floating on your teacup!

Really very nice cup of tea with an aromatic jasmine flower right infront of you.

Sir Razor

Masarap din naman yung fruit infused tea nila though meron din available mas cheaper pa and same lang din ang lasa...

Twinings... Yung pangalan lang kase binabayaran dun hmnn.. Yeah i agree... Since sanay din ako sa lipton brand... I can say... It suits my simple taste.
