In my opinion okay sa akin. Dahil balewala ang mga programa ng gobyerno dahil tulad ng mga infrastructure nasisira lang ng mga rebelde. (Majority sa kanila) Meron pa ring silang tribal/clan mentality. Look at the ampatuans, milf, mnlf, kanya kanyang territoryo. Kung kakausapin ang isa sa kanila selos yung iba tulad ni misuari ngayon. nag aalboroto yan dahil sa milf nakikipag deal ang gobyerno. Problema lang dinudulot ng unrest na yan sa over all economy ng bansa. Like in any company if it is just a loss why maintain it?
I have nothing against sa Muslim people, I actually admire them. See our neighbor countries na Muslim (SG, MY, Brunei etc) Iniwan na nila tayo sa prosperity. It is in the mind set of these people living there.
If they want to be separated, wag na wag nila asahan ang Pilipinas na magmaintain ng sovereignty nila. They only have boots on the ground. Gumawa kayo ng sarili niyong Navy, Air force at Army. Tutal kaaway turing nila. I pity our soldiers na namamatay dahil sa kasakiman at primitive thinking.
BTW Ive been in and out of Mindanao kaya I know the plight of the soldiers and the civilians there. We all deserve peace, it is like a relationship if it doesnt work, why stay?

well sa akin eh hindi solusyon ang separation ng mindanao sa pilipinas, i've been staying here for more than seven years, and I have personal experience with the soldiers and the other groups. Mindanao binubuo ng napakaraming tribes, hindi lang puro muslim ang tao dito, at mas madami pa ang peace loving muslim dito. kailangan lang natin pag-aralan ang magandang solusyon para sa lahat. Minsan ang problema ay nagiging sensationalized dahil sa mga media. Kapag tanungin mo ang tao sa Luzon ang isip eh magulo ang mindanao, pero sa totoo lang isolated lang ang kaguguluhan dito. tingin ko eh federal state ang kailangan sa atin

@sir marcus i dont think problema lang ang taga mindanao is the right term to say parang ni generalize mo kasi eh,nde lang naman ang mindanao ang problema sa pilipinas kung nde kahit saang sulok may naging problema,nagkataon lang na ang problema sa mindanao ay rebelde but not the entire mindanao naman ang magulo..now if they decide to separate mindanao sa pilipinas then i guess the government and the people are too chicken and dont stand up for their own problems,lahat naman ng problema may solution not to give up,ewan ko lang kung mabago ang pilipinas kung ihiwalay ang mindanao coz for me some of the government officials are the major problems in the philippines,they only think of their own sake.thats my opinion but back to the topic,i dont favor that mindanao will separate from philippines not only that i have relatives and friends in there but it just dont feel right to give up of our fellow citizens imagine those innocent civilians and little kids do you think they want and wish of whats going on in their own backyard i dont think so,but they're they are facing all of those nerve breaking siruations,and i feel sorry for them..that were lucky not to go through all of that.so sad lang kasi as myself i want to help but i dont have the power to do so beside just to pray na sana magkaroon sila ng peace sa lugar nila.. :( :(

i don't like hearing or seeing dead soldiers, people suffering because of war.... the problem here is the government..... napakaliit ng mnlf or milf para magkaroon ng full scale war.... the government should have a backbone to totally remove the problem.... they should have learn from Estrada's campaign. Either hayaang humiwalay ang mindanao or total focus in removing those threat. This has been too long since i was born, as long as those tribes or group thinks they can bully the government, then that is what they will do. The cycle of hatred will just continue. A portion of a tree will always grow unless you pull out the root from the ground totally. There's no way there will be peace in Mindanao as long as tribes and faction of groups exist in there.

If we can't clean up our act here in our own home front, what will our neighbors think? We've already been dubbed as Asia's village idiot. Any show of weakness will only be detrimental for our countries future.
There will always be bad people out there, and they will always try to get their way, specially if they have this minute chance of having their own state, of course they will fight to the death.
The US did not let this happen when the south seceded, even if ideologically speaking north and south clashed, and neither should we.
Another Korea everyone? If Mindanao that we currently "control" are giving us headaches, wait till these guys who wreck everything gain control of their own state and make alliances with other rouge nations, not only that but they would have their own sovereign state to be a potential safe haven for terrorists.
Get rid of corrupt military and government officials, and get this over and done with once and for all. I support our government showing some balls in the matter, I would rather they show even more resolve and be more stern in my honest opinion.
Our countries nationalism had always been low, if we could get this part our national consciousness handled, other entities and even countries would start to take us seriously.
Until then, be ready for more insults and bullying by China and even that ridiculous little upstart Taiwan.

dipende. bulok na ang luzon dahil puro squatter. dapat ibalik ang squatter na mga taga mindanao tapos kanila na ang mindanao puwede yun

bakit? dahil sagana sa yaman ang Mindanao.. Marami din nakakapagsasabi na marami pang yaman dyan sa lugar na yan na hindi pa natin alam.
Bakit ba yan gusto mahiwalay ang Mindanao sa kabuuan ng Pilipinas.. Simple, gusto nila iutilize ang resources na meron sa Mindanao. Alam naman natin, na hanggan kasama pa ang Mindanao sa kabuuan ng Pilipinas.. Sino makikinabang na resources na yan, ang government natin. Government natin na sandakmakmak na corrupt mula ulo hanggan paa.. Kahit san sulok corrupt... So paano mauutilize ang resources na pede nila makuha sa Mindanao kung ganyan kabulok ang sistema sa kabuuan ng government as a whole dito sa Pinas.
At yan ang alam ng ilan grupo like MILF or MNLF dahil lalo lang maghihirap ang bayan nila kung ang gagamit sa resources na matatagpuan sa kanila eh ang government ng Pinas.
Though I give sympathy sa nanyare sa kaguluhan sa Zamboanga.. But still I believe na baka magkaroon ng isang pag unlad kung hihiwalay ang Mindanao sa pinas. At baka sakali mapadali na ang mapadali (sana lang) kung maliit na lang ang lugar na pinamamahalaan ng government ng Pilipinas..
Baka magawa din nila ang tulad na nasa Singapore..

mas madami pa ring kristyano sa muslim sa mindanao at ung mga may gustong maihiwalay ang mindanao eh di naman majority sa mga kapatid nating muslim. ung mga utak pulbura lang naman na mga muslim may gustong humiwalay.

Thing is, no one wants to get their hands dirty. no one wants to do the job of hunting and killing every single rebel (Meh, lets call them terrorists). And it means every rebel. mga matatanda, bata, babae, basta rebelde dapat ubusin na. no mercy. kasi pag tinira mo pa ang isa, kikimkim yan ng galit, at balang araw maghihiganti yan. so why not kill every single one of them.

hindi. di naman sulusyon ang paghihiwalay ng mindanao. parang yung napariwarang anak yan. pag napariwara ba anak mo hahayaan mo lang? hindi. paano kung sumunod nyan e visayas naman? tapos humiwalay din ang bawat munisipalidad? hahayaan lang? hindi dapat.

Ang problema kasi mga sir, hindi papayag ang Gobyerno dito dahil malaking land area ang mawawala satin, balang araw kung sakaling maresolba ang problema ng Mindanao, maraming mga infrastructure, farming areas at housing ang pwedeng maitayo dito.
