Sa akin very basic lang ginawa ko..
- Exercise everyday
- Do not eat rice for your dinner

nakaka praning naman yung lagi mo susukatin ang kinakain mo..
Why not go VEGAN??

Ok lang sa ang kanin, alisin nyo lang ang sugar that is softdrinks, cake, biscuit, ice cream, then exercise I'll choose running ang lakas maka burn ng calorie, tested ko na to yung mga matagal na hindi naka kita sa akin pagka kita ulit sa akin akala nagka sakit ako kasi pumayat ako.
