For me Topman is one of the best clothing for men worth every money bro, or kung tamad ka magmall, go to Zalora, okay din dun.

Sulit sa Topman kahit may kamahalan e :-X Sa greenhills, para kang nag divisoria na lesser ang tao, pero same product din naman binebenta nila

Di naman best store ever, pero one of the bests. Mura na, tapos trendy pa yung design.

Grabe nangyari sakin dati to. Sa office tuwing Friday eh casual day. Suot ko yung bench t-shirt, may office mate ako suot din yung kanya, parehong-pareho. Nakakahiya, the whole day sa office hindi ako tumayo baka makasalubong ko.

Very far from being the best store. The sizes are limited.

Ok talaga UNIQLO pagdating sa basics. Pag pormahan TOPMAN X ZARA.
Hindi sa nag mamaliit ng local pero Bench at Penshoppe kasi ang sakit sa pwet ng pants pag umuupo tipong matigas tela gamit nila. Pants ng UNIQLO at Cotton On di na nagkakalayo presyo sa mga Bench minsan mas mura pa kaya yun na lang.

I checked UNIQLO...meron ngang magandang designs...pero karamihan is for winter season...which we don't have di ba?
And siguro it's just a state of mind...ok din naman yung mga nasa Greenhills at Divisoria...lalo na kung average and below class...
Kung madami dami ang budget...try Arrow...hahaha
Sa mga SM Dept. Stores meron ding mga sales...you'll get value for money...hahaha

Honestly ayoko ng bench or penshoppe from the very start, di ako comfortable sa mga damit nila pati sa mga pants.
Kaya we should thank stores like Uniqlo & Topman.

kung cotton on or uniqlo sa uniqlo na ako mas maganda quality ng uniqlo kesa cotton on at magbubukas na ang uniqlo sa rob manila. pag labas ko ng office lalakarin ko na lang.

gusto ng wife at daughter ko sa UniQlo pero pag casual wear mas gusto ko sa Cotton On o sa Guess.

Ang imported brands tulad ng UniQlo, TopMan, etc ay sumusunod sa "season" display. So ngayon ay patapos na ang autumn clothes. Next month ay winter season na kaya bagong design na naman.
Hindi sila tulad ng local brands na kung minsan ay almost 1 year ng naka-display. Karamihan ng local brands ay may "staple" designs and items. Nagdadagdag lang kapg tag-ulan or December na.
Unfair I-compare ang imported sa local kasi magkaiba ng marketing concept. Isa pa, ang imported brands ay sumusunod sa order ng headquarters nila. So pag sinabi complete change ng stocks dahil new season, kailangan magpalit sila.
Magkaiba din naman ng target at focus market. Merong catering to the upwardly mobile tulad ng TopMan. Meron sa mga teeny-boppers tulad ng F21. Casual everyday clothing tulad ng Giordano and Bossini. Masa tulad ng Bench. Medyo pa-sosyal na masa tulad ng Penshoppe.
So what's the best?
Depende sa target market. Depende sa individual taste ng buyers. Depende sa buying capacity.
Sabi nga eh, depende yan sa pagdadala mo as a person.
Millionaires and billionaires could wear anything without feeling awkward. Si Wareen Buffett, one of the richest in the world still wears off-the-rack non-premium brand clothes.
Ako personally, I like smart casual comfortable clothes. The brand doesn't matter. But for power dressing, i either go to Rustan's or Mark's & Spencer for branded suits, or have one tailor-made.

ok lang sya, magaganda designs ng mga tshirts nila pero parang di sulit sa price at di kagandahan tela.

Bang for the buck na nga yun catalog ng Uniqlo. Every week may sale kaya pag gusto ko bumili ng isang particular item inaantay ko lang un sale. Maganda un 990 pesos na polo shirt ng Uniqlo un nga lang laging sold out un small.

Never heard of Uniqlo, will check it out though pati yung Topman na nababasa ko dito kanina.
As for my best shop, hmm never liked bench, specially their polo shirts ang lousy sa akin. It's either too tight or too big. They offer good and cheap denims though, okay pang araw araw if you don't want your Levi's to take that kind of beating.
Penshoppe I guess ain't my style.
RL, Lacoste and A/X is pretty good. Can't go wrong with these brands if you know what you're looking for, and madali dali din hanapin if you need to re-stock your stuff.
JCrew is good too, comfy clothes and casual. Di ko lang alam if meron store dito. So there's that.

parati ko ngang naririnig yang UNIQLO na yan. pero wala pang branch dito sa may amin nyan e. ang pinakamalapit is san fran which is around 7 hrs away pa. :(
