Title: Barbecue Pork Skewer

Barbecue Pork Skewer

Ingredients:

500 grams pork fillets,
2 onions,
1 red bell pepper,
1 yellow bell pepper.

For the marinade:
2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger,
2 tablespoons clear honey,
1 mince garlic glove,
4 tablespoons soy sauce,
Juice of 1 orange,
100 ml olive oil,

Preparation:

Soak skewers in cold water for 30 minutes. Cut pork in 2cm cubes and place into a ceramic dish. Prepare the marinade; combine all the ingredients together juice in a jug. Whisk with a fork. Pour over pork. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours. Drain pork, reserving marinade. Thread pork onto skewers. Alternating with the previously cut peppers and onions. Preheat a barbecue plate on medium-high. Barbecue skewers for 8 minutes, turning and basting with marinade often, or until cooked through
